G, i know "it is what it is" But i think that most of us (well me anyway) werent trying to compare the new design to TFH or even saying that its "their" design, just simply bringing up the similarity incase it was "overlooked" by IH. I def wouldnt want to see my favourite brand upset/embarassed after its too late. ie("aww shit, i didnt realize another brand used a similar design for their jeans. FECKIN BALLS!!")
