to you after what size and length should I take knowing that I intend to soak it first? a 29 or a 30?

Perfect timing Giles! Just bought a pair of 31s as I need a pair of black jeans for a formal thing next weekend - nothing worse than meeting the future in-laws for the first time and leaving indigo dye all over their nice white furniture! I wear a 32 in BBs, 634s, 555s and 666XHS so I figured I could probably wrestle into the 31s in these. Hope I'm right.

If the 32 Busters weren't way too tight at first, then you'll be ok I think… The SB denim doesn't stretch as easy as the 21 oz though...

one of the best fits of any of the 666s series i've ever seen (666 18oz, 666 duck, 666 black, 666 lefty, am i missing any).

how tall are you & how did you size?

Thanks everyone. I'm 6'1, about 13 stone and went for size 31. The boots were almost an issue but following a minute of putting pressure on the leg opening they stretched out enough to fit over the boots. Great cut.
