In between all this wine swilling and beer chugging I managed to shed about 3-4 kgs… From 84 three weeks ago to 80.5 right now... 75 here I come... How I don't know, but I really wanna dive back under 80...  Shitty thing is the coming 3 months I'll primarily be drinking heavy, dark, RICH ales... Tons and tons of KCS... Guess I'll have to cut back on the wine swilling...  ::)

my wife goes to Minneapolis once a year for "the emmys of hair" as she calls it. Some giant hair show, shes all aveda this and aveda that…. no girl you lying, nuh uh girlfiend, that hair is slamming.   Next year maybe ill come with her and we can kick it then, mc!

You really should, this is a fun town and I'm a great tour guide. My stylist is big into the Aveda stuff, I wouldn't be shocked if they've met at one of those. I think she teaches for them.
