Spending the evening pondering my final purchase for the winter wardrobe. I need something for layering that retains warmth, can be a shirt, a L/S tee or hoody/ sweater, no restrictions on brand and I won't be entering the maelstrom for this years UHF. Any and all suggestions welcome.

One of the guys that works for me is deploying a week from Friday. I'm keeping his bike for him while he's in Afghanistan. I'll ride it a few times a month to keep it in shape and keep it serviced. It's pretty crazy. His wife, whose still in service, and their two beautiful kids have become a regular fixture around the place. It's gonna be pretty sad to see him go.

^From the 1 comment I've read on twitter during the week, they were 'done' by Banky. Didn't hear if they were signed or not….

Having been in the that trade for a few years in the past, there's a small chance I'd of stopped and looked at the Rat and Monkey, as they're 2 pieces I've loved for years. If the details were on point there's a slight chance I'd of picked 1 up....

From what I've read. They were originals and signed by Bansky. Going for $60.00… Apparently people thought they were fakes.

                                  I was thinking that myself

If I saw something like that on the street, I would assume fakes. I'm not an expert enough to tell an original from a knock off. I would probably say to myself "well shit, I could get a knock off here for $60 or get a print for $12 off Amazon"

This experiment didn't really prove that people don't appreciate art. I suspect most of the people who passed it by knows who Banksy is. I think it only proves that people walking on the street are cynical

I know violence is not the answer, I got it wrong on purpose

Had an email from my landlord today… The house has been on the market for the past 2 years or so. A couple of months ago, an offer was accepted. Got my months notice today... Hmm, where did I put that beer??

Currently have a few ideas floating around, and I won't be homeless and it wasn't like I didn't know it would happen eventually. It's just come out of the blue a bit :(.

Still, beer tonight and Blue Bag of Happiness tomorrow :D.

He could've/ should've told you earlier on though… Good that you have a backup plan though... Otherwise I would've offered you my couch (but the fridge 'd be of limits)...
