Dudebros(and gals). I have questions, questions that need answering.

I've read some different things about the extent of stretch in ye olde 25 oz hip bruisers. Does it truly only expand a single inch at most? I ask with restrained skepticism only because the other IH denims I've experienced have all stretched a wee bit more than generally expected.

I'm a skinny dude, especially in the gams, and I normally wear a 31 in IH as I need the waist to be around 32.5ish inches. Could I pull off a 30 in the 666 XHS? Thighs and rise are spot on for me (chicken legs here), the question is waist. Motrucks need to button they buttons. You dig?

Get the 31. Won't stretch too much, and will even shrink a litle bit after a machinewash (if need be)…

My advice is DO NOT size down in the 25oz.  I have almost 2 years in my 634XHS and I still don't think they have stretched an inch (not able to measure atm).  Still hoping they will stretch as they get softer, but we'll see…..

I agree about not sizing down. I went TTS and it still took me 45 min to button them. The buttons are a bitch!!!

                                          Hello all,

                                          First post!

I have the IH-9527J and I'm looking to purchase a pair of IH-666XHS and the IHBX01-25but I'm having trouble figuring out my size.

Measuring tape around my waist is 32.5 inches.  Add a finger space and I'm 33 inches.  I've measured three different pairs of jeans I own and they all seem to be 34 - 34.5 inches, but I have to admit, I like wearing them loose (around the waist, not the legs).

For the IH-666XHS should I be getting a size 33 (waist closer to 34) or a size 32 (waist closer to 33) and then work on stretching them out an inch?

FYI, my measurements are 183 cm, 76 kg.

Any help would be appreciated.  Great forum!

I'd go with the 32, AS LONG AS THE THIGH MEASUREMENT WORKS FOR YOU. People too often overlook the thigh measurement. The waist will stretch, the thighs not so much.
