I don't know if anyone personally knows Brian Awitan, or follows him on FB or Instagram (he has something to do with Oakstreet Bootmakers and Tellason Denim), but he is a great example of someone who totally gets social media.
Very amusing and worth checking out imo.

For most of the world, a government shutdown is very bad news - the result of revolution, invasion or disaster. Even in the middle of its ongoing civil war, the Syrian government has continued to pay its bills and workers' wages.
