ULTRA HEAVY RAW - IH-1955-UHR, IH-666-UHR and IH-634-UHR

As do I mac but I think the 666's will be a better fit in the legs for me, but then again I'd get anything made
out of this denim. The best ever. -
Waiting for 666 for me
"Obstacles are stepping-stones that guide us to our goals"

With three cuts I'm sure everyone will find their perfect 21/23 oz. cut, the pics will be epic this time
around! -
I am tempted by the 55 but I have to think about the rise.
-
634 might be the best cut for you then mac
-
Yeah, it's a dilemma… gotta think about if I can pull off the Grampa Rise
-
If you don't tuck your shirts in you might be able to…Unless it's a comfort issue.
-
personally I hate the grandpa rise which led to the early retirement of my MBB. Great fit besides that rise… It might not be so bad in a less brutal denim but im telling you buddy im not a fan in heavier denim. YMMV
No one on one with a 55 cut though so I cant speak in regards to that specific cut.
Furthermore, I am really excited and in anticipation for these!
-
^Agreed! I have the SR's and the 634 XHS so to get this denim in a 666 cut will be pretty damn cool.
-
And I'm fekkin glad he did!
-
•This is the last of this denim, no other jean will be made with it and there will not be a rerun EDIT Until that is, Giles decided to remake the denim in August 2013
Im sorry if I have upset some people by doing this. I genuinely thought (and still do) that it is a great idea, and yes my memory is not perfect, had someone pointed that out to me earlier I could have stopped, but it is too late now
-
Does anybody's 23 oz jeans get less beautiful and unique by bringing out new cuts in this denim? If you just get excitement by wearing stuff that is limited, you're doing sth. wrong in my book. Said it many times before and will continue to do so, this is not a contest who owns the rarest clothes.

But that's the deal!…own things not everyone is wearing.
Collectors Items! Some of us paid more than retail to own these.BTW. I am happy that this is back. So i have the chance to own my third 634s cut in this denim as slighty differences in cut will happen?!
Enjoy ya addiction!

If collecting is part of the appeal, maybe you want a lot number or manufacturing year on the tag. So you can say, those are the first run, second run, a particular year, etc.
Compare Levi's with Samurai in this respect. People collect Levi's and try to figure out when a pair of jeans were made based on a button code or tag capitalization or some other obscure detail. Whereas, Samurai has a Lot stamp that's incremented once per year starting at incorporation date. So, if you want rarity, you can look for Lot 1, 2, etc. I've often thought IH should do something like this for the collecting angle. Although inspired by your 21/23 collecting question, maybe this post goes in product ideas to add a lot number?

People upset with this are big cry babies. That would be like me being upset that MBB were made because my dc4002 are so rare, it's a different jean. Lot # would be amazing by the way

Lot # in this case:
