[/quote]Other than alcohol, back on track of late. And I feel so much better. Fuck you, grains. And sugar, eat a dick.

My mom used to stone grind whole wheat and make incredible bread. She was having some pretty gnarly stomach issues, her doctor recommended restricting her wheat intake, and she lost over 50 pounds in about 90 days. She doesn't do sugar and she really doesn't exercise, but she feels the best she has in years. D6 cut out sugar, booze, and wheat, exercised his ass off, and look at him. The proof, for me, is in the proverbial pudding. I've eliminated wheat, and I weirdly feel more engaged in life. My energy is significantly up, and the only working out I'm doing is DDP Yoga. I've dropped 10 pounds in about a week, and all I can say, is that reading wheat belly, I feel like I've spent the better part of my life, being a sucker.

^Cutting out wheat and going Paleo has made such a big difference in my life, too. I will never go back. My energy and overall quality of life has improved, dramatically.
I just can't seem to kick alcohol. Beer, in particular. I have Irish blood and I feel like abstaining from alcohol is like abstaining from oxygen; which is probably reason #1 why I should cut that shit out.

Truth is out i didnt start Paleo and never exercise. I have a horrible blow problem. I make Tony Montana look like a pussy.

It can't be the same denim. The old TW are 16oz and the new are 17oz. However both are organic cotton and natural indigo.
Giles, do you know if the organic cotton is from America? Just wondering.
Good spot. Can't be the same denim….
I will ask Ono re: source of cotton
