I'm surprised to hear xhs is the best.  The fade pics for the xhs are definitely not as dramatic as those I've seen for the classic 21oz.. and also I read more posts about the comfort of the 21oz over the 25oz.  So…what I'm asking is..Really?!

but at high-time i had to change back to my 21oz.
what a strange feeling that was.
i wanted the 25oz back on my legs immediately.

There is more to denim than dramatic fades and after a few months the 25oz gets super soft…
