Thanks G.  Its been going purposefully slow due to having to clean up, fix up, and throw out shit all over the house to get it ready for sale.  I'm also getting my own belongings sorted out and packed up as I'll be moving in a month or so.

Brilliant thanks Twin.  We have had 2 weeks of amazing weather.  With the help of my brother in law we got the pump pulling water up from the well and the automatic watering system works again, so the garden has bloomed through the heatwave.
