I'll have left it in a hotel somewhere, I do that a lot, I have a memory issue and I've lost 100s if not £1000's of pounds of shoes and clothes in hotels over the last few years, this one is probably the most painfull.
Which leads me to another rant: why doesn't anyone in the hotel trade return items left in rooms? I've Never had anything returned to me, ever from a hotel. My work colleges joke that someone follows me around the country living off the things I leave behind, kind of like a pikey Womble!

Worst business trip ever, and I've had my share. United runs late and seems to have no sense of urgency, was sat next to some punks with zero hygiene, literal eye-watering, gagging stench, connection missed, rental cars at my preferred vendor sold out, and I wind up getting to a hotel with parking way the fuck down the street (and 4 hours by car from where I need to be this morning) after midnight. Which means I'm up and about to hit the road at the crack of dawn. And a convenient and timely bout of insomnia struck last night.
Today will be interesting. I don't know if they make coffee strong enough…

Done submission wrestling/bjj and thaiboxing/boxing for 7-8 odd years now, NO problems with cauliflower ears at all. Got a small bump by an elbow on Saturday, a new larger forearm-strike Tuesday.. and BOOOM. Full flower cauliflower. Went to the doc yesterday, she drained it nicely, but failed to get enough pressure on the bandage, so just as bad again today…
Just what I needed, something that makes me even uglier..

Haha, true that I guess, looks like I have to put a few stitches on there to keep the swelling in check, have to wrestle with earguards for two weeks. I can live with that!

So yesterday we had some mates over for dinner… They left at about 11 PM with my brother for some local party, but then it started storming - seriously some epic fucking shit going on... And it kept going on and on... Think I checked out around 1 am... Now have to work... Confirmed once again: Seul does not function on 7 hours of sleep
(Might've been the heavy Chilean white as well though... Going by my bloodshot eyes, it was either that or the beers prior to it...)
