I seriously have no idea behind making SIM cards smaller, especially the micro SIM.

It just makes things more difficult. And I believe there isn't any real beneficial reasons why these stuff are getting smaller. Not like you are going to use the SIM Card without a PHONE.

My last two phones have used a micro SIM card.  I swapped out both of them for cards with more capacity.  I like the micro SIM, sorry Ron.

I don't like really sharply defined comb fades behind the knee. I think they look a bit tacky and unnatural.

          I agree rnr.

I'm not really a fan of shopping at Self Edge. It's cool to see all the stuff there and the workers are nice enough but it just makes for such an awkward experience perusing the clothing while its dead silent (no other customers) because you feel like the employees can basically hear everything you say.

Why on earth wouldn't a jeans store have rock music blaring?

            Think it, be it.

Both SESF and SENY have had music going whilst I've been there. In SENY the guy actually asked if he minded if he cranked the track to 11 coz he loved it so much. Agree with the point tho, a space without constraints or limits is most conducive.

There definitely was music playing but it was pretty low. When you went to the other SE's were there other people in there?

Johan, Casey, and Tyler are more than nice guys but I feel like the uncomfortableness just can't be helped. Sad Tyler left, he was my favorite 😢

In honesty Ben, I think it'd be worth dropping this feedback to Kiya. If enough of his clientele let him know this, he'll change it. As a company they're pretty serious about creating kick-ass spaces.

                          Bahahahahahahaha.

Man, I wish that were true. I love your optimism, Snowy, but this is very doubtful.

I look at pics of some folks footwear, which others compliment of being "beautifully broken in", and I just think it looks fucked. If I spend $400 - $600 on boots I am not going to want to take chunks out of the leather on a regular basis, this is surely insanity.

I wear my boots without much due care and attention (just normally I would say), so I have absolutely no idea what people are doing to their boots to get them in such a state. If it's work which does it (construction, mechanics etc…), then surely that would be better in a pair of actual safety boots rather than some horse hide semi dress or something like?

I don't get why folks buy expensive clothes, and then set out to fuck them up as quickly as possible?

I know I run the HWDC and HWBC, and it is a genuine worry for me that some competitors seem to think that the right thing to do is to prematurely beat the shit out of their gear, come on people...get real here !

                                Further expansion….

I conclude that most folks are either far richer than me, or genuinely just want to make their $3k outfit look like clothes they borrowed from a homeless, former 18th Century coal miner.

A lot of the brands we're into make really nice stuff, which will look amazing over time of you have the patience. If you don't you will literally have thousands of $'s worth of rags, and boots that look like your dog has chewed them.

I'd rather see some naturally aged denim or boots with less obvious wear, than items which look like they were used to climb the north face of the Eiger any day…...unless the person did actually climb the north face of the Eiger, in which case kudos to them.

Agree i do not baby my stuff but also at the same point do not smash it on purpose, just wear like you do Gav. Also do not care much about fadings, this is one of the reasons i am not participating in any comp.
however i need good reliable strong boots as i am out a lot with the doggie dog as my feet are "sensitive" lol. I leave the outcome to my daily lifestyle and not thinking too much about it. Everybody at his / her own discretion and gusto.

                                      🙂

I'm certainly not "anti fading", as that is to some regard the point of the HWDC. I would just rather see what happens to the garments naturally through daily wear, and normal washing.

I can't be the only person who sometimes looks at a pair of jeans posted on any forum with unbelievable sharp contrast fades and thinks "Come on, really? No-one does that to jeans, it looks so fake".

I know that it is virtually never the case that people fake their fades, but some of the wear patterns just look artificial and cheapen the look of a classic item in my opinion.

David, as always I like you attitude and style dude.

I don't like American chain restaurants. This must be an unpopular opinion because these businesses seem to thrive all over the country (and the world) but their food is mediocre at best. These places seem to be busy constantly which leads me to believe that they're very popular and people patronize them often. Who's eating that corporate garbage slop? This life is too short to waste my time eating shite food.

And while we're at it, I don't like Starbucks. I don't like their corporate jargin that they try to make you speak when you go in there. "I would like a medium coffee please" "Oh, do you mean grande?" "Is that the medium size?" WTF! Fuck off!
