634s-SEXIH13 - 23oz Selvedge - Straight Fit

I agree, I'm like you and hoping that perhaps with the heavier and tighter weave that the cut may open up a bit… Even if to just an 11" thigh I could manage that... But I really would need the hem opening almost an inch larger to satisfy my type of footwear and with that much of a change it would practically give the cut the sane specs as the devil cut. Now that I think about it a 23 oz. 666 would be epic!! Doubtful to happen tho

Ya but the whole point is we are in love with the 23oz
With the BB being release in the 25oz now I doubt it will be released in the 23 anytime soon.
I just need to size my jeans down, I keep thinking I wear a 31, and I got a 32 in the BBs because I was scared of the thigh being too small but it ended up the rise being too way too high… I think a 30 would of been perfect as the rise would of been lower, more in line with the 634 but a slightly slimmer profile. Maybe next time.
My next pair is probably going to be a 30 in the 634xhs unless there is a 23 oz cut that comes out in the next two years that will fit me.
After putting the sexih13 the other day again I released how perfect of a cut this is for me, I so regret not buying a couple more pairs... maybe it will be rerun again someday...

Yeah Seul, I hear ya and I have the 25 oz 666… But like fantastic said we both are absolutely in love with the 23 oz. it's the most amazing denim out of ANY denim I have... Including even my Sammie's.
I also had the same issue with the MBB I opted for a 31 and am GLAD I did not go with a 30 because the waist was a 30 on these anyway but generally I've found 30 works in just about everything. I sized up on the batch of new 666s and really kind of regret it even though the thigh fits perfect the top box just feels weird still ... Just too much room. I mean I'm not trying to crush the boys or anything but I like to have a good snug fit and those did not work out and have crazy stretch. I'm pretty sure I could have gone tts and the thigh would have stretched proper.

I love the leather tag on these. The piston is really cool!
That's what piqued my interest in these in the first place. Once I saw/felt the denim and tried on the jacket, I just had to have the set.

Ya know….. I was just thinking sometimes you stumble on to something do great that you have to realize it just never gets any better. That how I am beginning to feel about this Particular jean for myself at least. This is hands down the best fitting/feeling/looking/built jean I have ever owned. I have tried and tried to find something lighter that will parallel the feeling of perfection I get when I wear these but nothing comes close. The closest I have are my couple pairs of 25 oz'ers but that is working in reverse...
ANYWAY.. I'm very happy I bought two pairs of this jean so I will have them with me at least for several more years of wear but I hope that this denim, in this cut, is one day given a second chance. It's amazing, I'm sad they, IMO, they wasted the last of this denim on the 301s.
This is a love affair, mainly between my denim and me.

I agree with all of this.
If this cut in this denim was rerun I would buy two more pairs. I wish I would of bought a couple more while I had the chance but just didn't have the money at the time.

I just messaged kiya about this fanya. You should do the same, as well as anyone else who absolutely loves these exactly as they were made the first time. Maybe if we let him know the love for this jean it will become a regular production jean for SE. I can guarantee if it runs again I will buy as many size 30 as I can afford to make sure I have plenty to last.
-
Will do. I just got my length mirror back in a place I can use it at the house so ill post done fit pics of these probably tomorrow and the 634sb today.
-
Just got word back from Kiya. These will never be run again.
-
Yeah. Interest piqued… It sounds like they'd be warm.
-
Just imagine the 25oz. With a tighter weave, much more crisp. more dips in indigo and a beautiful sheen
Almost can't imagine it… But it sure sounds fucking good... McKleine: apparently they're warmer than 25 oz jeans... Probs 'd be unbearable for me, although I have been getting better at dealing with HEAT...
