Welcome Monkey… Oh that Johnny is so nice...the 33 blk was my first real denim shirt...highly recommend.

i may be cold natured but… I wore this shirt with a MF skivvy underneath on a 103 degree day here this week and while I was not "feeling the breeze" I will say that this shirt has quite a bit of breathability

measurements aside how does this compare to the IHSH-33 fit wise? anybody own both?

I tried one on at the weekend, and they appear to come up smaller and slimmer than the 33. I'd guess an XXXL 81 fits like an XXL 33.

Thinking of L or XL. I'm 6'3, similar sizing to G - thinking XL? Is this thing OK as a light jacket in London summer/spring?

This is true and pissed me off lol. 33 would work great in 3x but not this one:(
That is two badass all black shirts IH has released that have come up a bit small and out of my range. Feckin feck

I tried on both the 33 (in black) and 81 last weekend. The 33 is perhaps touch big for me, whereas the 81 is a bit tight across the shoulders. However, the adverts for both suggest they'll shrink a little, so bear that in mind.

The 81 is a bit trimmer through the body.

Pillowpants, I thought that I'd prefer the 81, but the 33 looks better (in my esteemed opinion). Which is good, because that's the one that fits.

The 81 is the best fitting shirt I own it is pretty trim

Is this my favorite Iron Heart shirt?  I think if you put a gun to my head this is the one I'd pick. This denim is so soft as it breaks in.

Mine is a L and I'm between M and L on Iron Heart shirts, so another +1 for upsize.
