634S is a more forgiving jean and breathes very well.  634xhs is hardcore and does not breathe so well…

I hope that apology is not in relation to my bad joke; I'm the one who should probably be apologizing for that one.

Seul is probably right. I've never been to Indonesia, but I understand that it has a very warm and very humid climate. I'm not sure that makes for a very good combination with the 25-oz. denim. The 21-oz. denim breathes much more and probably will be much more comfortable in your climate. Then again, I think there's one or two people from Indonesia rocking the 25-oz. Mega Busters. You might want to check out the Heavyweight Denim Competition thread and ask your question there.

I still say 21oz is the go for warmer climates.  IMHO of course

Started wearing these again for the first time in ages (6mth+). Moved to SE-Asia more than a year ago and needed some time to gather the courage to wear them in 30C/80% humidity but it's actually quite doable.
A lil irritated right now cause I need to readjust to the "leg shackle"-feel I get from a 25oz double cuff…

glad to hear that you're wearing them Entropy Kid, but you are a trooper for wearing them in that kind of climate.
But on the topic of "shackle cuffs" i can totally relate man, i have been rocking the double cuff in a slight high water way and at first it was a little weird, but you will get used to it eventually.

When I first spotted the 25oz in a shop in Singapore (Tuck Shop/Obbi Good) I asked the sales guy if people really seriously wear that kind of jeans in local weather.
First thing I got was a completely blank incomprehending look and then: "Errr, yes. We are free to wear what we want around here.". The guy didn't even realize that some people might find this a little warmish...
