Sizing question if I am a 11.5D in Whites SD Last and a 11.5D Barrie Last, 12D Leyton Last in Alden was size do I get in boat shoe or trail Oxford?

I measure a 9.5 on a brannock scale and wear a 9.5 in oakstreet with socks. My boat shoes are 9 so I can wear them without socks

Ask George, but for what it's worth I measure a 10.5 on a brannock and wear a 10.5 in their oxford without socks.

We measure the same. Have you any Vibergs perchance?  Trying to verify that 9D is my size there.

I can get a great deal on navy vibram trail oxford but, really want navy crepe sole trail oxford, thoughts on both of these without socks with shorts? originally was going to get the boat shoes.

^That's the real beauty of them, they look good with shorts no socks or jeans, even cuffed jeans.

IMO, I feel like standard boat shoes don't look right and get overpowered when wearing cuffed jeans but are ok with non-cuffed.  Just a weird personal preference.

I measure a 10 on brannock and wear a 9.5 trail oxford.  I think his general rule is .5 down from Brannock size for a snug, but not constricting fit.  Of course, personal preference should be considered above all, but when I got the same size as my brannock, I was swimming in them.

Was in grahame fowler yesterday (picked up another one of their made in NY store-brand shirts, great stuff btw) and was happy to see that they now stocked Oak Street trail oxfords in Navy and Brown!
