That's just the nature of raw denim - twisting back. With RHT it's usually the left leg that seems to twist more towards the middle, on LHT vice versa. Embrace it as something special.

Completely normal.  Leg skew is a characteristic of raw denim.

Ed, they're a slim (but not ridiculously) fit, difficult to avid that….

I normally struggle with jeans being too tight in the thigh but I am loving the fit of the 666L. That said, I expect the waist to stretch out to a little bit looser than I would ideally choose so in hindsight I probably should have got a pair of 33s instead of 34 (the leg was good in both but I struggled to do up the buttons on the 33 in the shop). Time will tell I guess.

In short I suggest you try some on as they don't feel like a slim/skinny fit to me. Just fitted.

That's how mine feel. They are a little slimmer starting at the thigh down than my TW Busters (my other LHT pair), but they are not a super duper slim fit like my 555 were. I find them one of my more comfortable pairs to wear since the mercury started rising. As far as the waist on your pair is concerned, wear a nice quality belt. It usually helps avoid that stretch.

Demonito, do you have a pair of straight legged  or sorta slim (DC4?)/ similar fit jeans? Compare the measurement tables. These are fairly slim in the thigh, so watch how you size them IMO.

received my pair today, feckin great jeans! denim is very tasty, stiff and crunchy.

W32 L35, fits me very well. will be a great successor to my 666s.
                      thanks for advice G.

nope, no sizing up. I'm a 32" and W32" fits tiptop.

I have just had to endanger these, I did not realise it at the time, but I used all the denim up on the initial run….

That's not so good to read. Was hoping to see some evo before any triggers pulled.

A quick question: I need to get mine hemmed and now have a very good idea of the length I want based on my 634s. The 666Ls have had one soak, no washes and limited wear. Am I safe to go ahead and hem now or should I expect further shrinkage/changes in the way they fit with further wear and washes?

I would count a reserve of approx 1 inch in or give em a wash with full spin to get all shrinkage out before the hem, imho

                                Cheers,
                                David
