      @Giles:

      That should be OK as H is only making the XXL for the Western market

      sick!

      so we're looking at a fall release for these? i was checking out the fabric @ SELA today, well wanted to try on the XL and I'm glad a XXL is being made.

      Does this also mean that they Type III's are being made larger as well? That would be amazing news too!

          The Herringbone (green!) looks so great, I will break my vow not to buy new shirts this year. This i vow. Thanks a lot for all the nice food and clothing pictures!

            Which Type III?

            any of them? I vaguely remember some talk of a type III sized larger than in the past coming up. I'm almost able to wear the sz 46 type IIIs so if there would be a XXXXL made I'd be all over it! or the equivalent there of sized as XXXL. And to think of the possibility of a XXL hoody under a XXXXL Type III - that would be wonderful!

              The 526J will not change in size, nor will it be made in XXXXL.  I am making a leftie trucker in 19oz LHT, that will have longer arms and a longer body that the 526J, but the chest will remain as is.  Sorry.

                All this news sounds great for IH crew and customers.  Did you guys decide on what cut for the sample blue warp/blue weft?

                I'll prob do 634S and 666s

                Did you and H get as far as deciding on contrast stitching or maybe an equally dark indigo stitching?

                    Mrs Snowy and I would both like to move over there, it's STUPID hard to get a job/visa for there. Only 7 IT jobs in all of Tokyo being advertised, most need a high level of Japanese to even begin applying.

                      That's a long way off.

                      Got to try and make the denim first…..

                              My guess is about 50% thicker - But if anyone has an IHSH-70 - it is the same fabric…./

                                I'm with MadMonday on this one, the IHSH-70 is my best fitting shirt. I'm definitely getting the green one when it drops. I'm hoping sizing is exactly the same as the 70.

                                      Just saw a very similar model at the the 2013 Autuum & Winter collection of Samurai Jeans. I think I like this one better though.
