      I'm a bit confused since when is dairy considered Paleo?

      i don´t cut out all the dairy i was consuming before, well most of it, but i don´t think eating a few spoons of full fat yoghurt, quark or curd (or whatelse you want to call it.) in the morning isn´t going to be that bad for your health. i don´t eat anymore cheese, no milk, no butter, etc. but a bit of full fat yoghurt, quark or curd…not much calories, a lot of protein, almost no carbs and a bit of fat. sounds good to me...

        no dairy in this one today 😉

        my post workout meal (filet, carrots, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes) and as dessert it was ( a few strawberries, some cashew nuts and 1 tbl.spoon of linseedoil)… 😘

                          I think you got that right Tom!
                          today was day 7 for me. gonna step on the scale in the morning to compare the new to the old weight I started with on monday!
                          (even though I don't care about numbers that much! for me it's all about the way you feel and look.)

                            Feels good, doesn't it? I'm at 4 weeks, minus two nights of beer slip-ups. It's amazing how upset my stomach was after a couple nights of light drinking. Cutting all the grains/wheat/starches out really does make a difference, for me.

                            Anyone had any experience with Gluten-free beer? Is it even worth it?

                                        ok todd, here you go 🙂

                                        take 2 bananas and mash to puree. add 4 eggs, 2 tbs cinamon, 2 tbs ground flaxseed, 2 tbs ground almonds…blend and pour batter into hot and greased skillet! turn pancakes once little bubbles form. enjoy! 😉

                                        you can add any kind of berries to the pancakes. had no strawberries so blueberries had to do!

                                        the white flakes on top are milled almonds btw.!
