think this could be interesting for all participants of round two:

today is the day! jumped into my car and drove to the local zollamt (custom office),
the palace where "RAJA" is waiting for me….
and, f*ck, can't find words, so great that belt, WOOW, what a pleasure to held this thing in my hands...

did some pics at first, fit-pics later on....
I'm very proud to be the owner of that Heavy Champ Belt!!!

too bad that it is not wearable all day, so fecking great belt!

had a feeling that the girl at the custom office (she wanted to know what's in that package, and what I paid for) thought "what's up with these stupid guys?" because I had to told her the story about that belt…haha

Congrats, I'll be lucky to even get half that amount of wear.

I should have bought two belts. One as an air freshener and one to wear around. My whole room smells like a leather store. Mega the belt is fantastic. Thanks for all your help.

Congrats again! I remember picking up my two prizes from halloffade at customs - they were also totally not believing what I told them about winning a denim contest.

It's so funny everyone is soaking these.

not at all imo…they are sanforized yeah, but not one washed as FH and Giles stated, so there´s still some shrinkage to be expected! even if it´s just a tad!

If I remember correctly, the 25oz jeans (in any cut) are all sanforized and unwashed. I'm pretty sure a one wash 25oz IH jean does not exist.  If I were H and I lost some of the denim in production, I definitely wouldn't one wash the 25oz….

The 25oz Beatle Busters were specced to be one-washed, but due to production delays, we had to skip this process as it would have added 10 days which we did not have.

To take as much shrinkage as poss out of the fabric (and hence any guess work) AND (most importantly), bed the constructional threads into the denim AND it also gets rid of any spinning or weaving gunk, particularly "size".

Size is a solution normally applied to the warp yarns to strengthen, smoothen and lubricate them.  Starch is probably the most common size used in denim production.

summ3rhays, you've taken it to next-level. Standing outside barefoot, in a t-shirt, with snow on the mountains behind you. Epic 🙂

Haha, I'm barefoot whenever I can. My wife looked disapprovingly at my indigo covered toes from scraping my way into wet MBB's.
