So, I was hoping so some sizing advice please…
Bought the sample 40 in goat, but feel the sizing is a bit off. I have read the arms with rise with wear on leather jackets (does this also happen on super tough goat?), but the length is bugging me. I swapped this for a 38 as it was slightly too tight on the shoulders, expecting the 40 to be a fair bit longer. It is a bit longer in the arms, but not really on the body. So what you think ? Send back? I can't be bothered keeping a jacket that looks silly zipped up. I'm inbetween IH M & L for those interested in getting one, but usually an M and 5' 10''. Many thanks all!

Usually a jacket looks best when it overlaps the belt area, and I don't think that bulkiness in the back will disappear with frequent wear, I would exchange it…

General question - how long (as in length, not time!) would one normally wear a D-1 flight jacket? I'm struggling to find many fit pics. I've recently developed an interest in them, and the B-6. If I buy one, I might have to start hanging out in industrial refrigerators just to get my money's worth.
