Was already planning on doing one this coming year. I'm down too…
Keeps getting better and better!

EmceeQ welcome! Doug fantastic idea!
This becoming Electric!!!!

We want Jaco in!!!

I'm in! This will be the hardest and yet most rewarding thing I have possibly ever done. I want to show my son, though he won't be old enough to remember, that anything can be accomplished with hard work. Training/getting myself into shape will be very difficult with a newborn but I am going to give it my best shot! So true Bags, glad your on board! Great inspiration right there!
BTW, are you gonna do this in your jeans?? You would be a hero

Gutted not to make it guys, but I will follow this extremely closely, as I will certainly require some training tips.

Official "warm up" in San Francisco right Mega?

Thanks guys, I think the HWDC event may be after this one, and as Jeff rightly pointed out it will not be as "full on", as we are doing ours in denim. Of course, if anyone feels like doing the double…...

That's exactly what I was looking for from you Seul

I'm not a guy that goes directly on to the scale in the morning after waking up, but the last time i did, i finally reached my maximum (220lbs.) and actually was shocked, since I never have been there.
now it's all about controlling my eating habits and getting back on going to the gym 2-3times a week again (started with everything on monday!), so that I should end up with my personal dream weight, which is around 176-187lbs. in a few months!
also for me, a look into the mirror is way more important than a number on the scale…so the best of luck to the both of us...and brooks, Z, Monday & Gav as well
maybe we should start posting into the "in fitness and in health" thread, so that we all going to watch out on eachother to keep us motivated in the long run!?

no exactly a short read but offers some pretty good insight. I think?

Wow. I go away from the forum for a few hours and return to this… Inspired. Thank you Z and Doug for the workout advice. It's much appreciated/needed. And, of course, a HUGE thanks to d666 for the idea. Like Monday, I am the type of person who feeds on tangible goals that push myself. The concept of putting an Iron Heart Team together for an unbelievable physical challenge -- and the fear of being the weakest link in a strong group -- is exactly what the doctor ordered.

BLACKFROSTT is in.
Lets see, I've basically lost around 65 lbs (currently 205lbs) the last year and 3 months…. I've been working out five days a week since coming to Afghanistan to work, and feel that this would be a great challenge for me to undertake... When this takes place, I will hopefully be in the best shape of my life....
