Is it fits true to size?

Okay, I could probably be a bit more helpful since I see that you're new to the forum. If you are between sizes, like I am, I am finding that I wear a XXXL in Westerns, and a XXL in Work Shirts. This is merely a general rule, so ALWAYS triple-check measurements. The 13 was one of my first IH shirts, and I went with a XXL. It is a little on the slimmer side, on me, but still looks and wears great for casual use. If I were to actually try to get some real work done (see twin's great photos, above), I would reach for a XXL Work Shirt, or XXXL Western, before I went for my 13. It's a beautiful shirt, though; and, for my money, it falls into the "Essential Iron Heart" category. Best of luck with sizing, and I hope you enjoy your new shirt for many years to come.
P.S. I highly recommend pimping the 13 with Mother of Pearl snaps, too. If you're purchasing the shirt from a retailer, just order the snaps from G. They are fairly easy to switch out, using a pair of needle-nose pliers, a thin cloth (or t-shirt), and a butter knife. Feel free to PM if you need any help.
