Close, and not a bad guess at all. I cycle and swim, but no longer running. My knee joints decided they'd had enough running a few years ago, non-impact only for me. I think I should be saying thanks if I look like I've got a triathlete's physique?

@llvlaglne, I wasn't aware of them for recovery. I wonder if I've picked up on it subconsciously. Wouldn't be the first time I've done what felt right and later discovered it was due to health reasons…
