I had a chance to see a pair with some nice evo, in person, for the first time last week.  The XHS is definitely my next pair; in a 634 cut, of course.

Turns out Friday is Casual Friday. Down here this means polo, jeans, and not overly formal dress shoes. Below's the Friday Uniform, will drop to the rest of the IH wardrobe as winter appears, which is exciting. Elevator snappy on way to lunch.
