I think that she is the daughter of one of H's friends, I met her briefly in NY last year and she was extremely nice, as was Tom.

Who is Sarina in relation to the IH crew?

As said above, she is the daughter of one of Haraki's long term friends.  It is his company that screen prints all the IH Tee's and Sweats and it is more often than not Sarina who actually does the printing.  Her English is brilliant so she also acts as interpreter.
