What would you guys say to an antique brown (toe vamp and counter) and brown cxl (upper shaft) combination on a Bounty Hunter with a natural double sole and a 1/4 lowered heel with a 430 vibram? Your opinion is required! Thx, Andi

I think double mid and vib outer lowered will look wrong, standard heel would look much better. Double leather sole no Vib and lowered looks fine. Just my opinion.

Don't lower the heel with that sole.  It will just look odd.  Leather colors sound good…

Not sure with a double, but i think the single sole with vibram 430 and lowered heel looks good on hollows pair…

That just looks wrong to me, too unbalanced….more akin to a low profile shoe that's been extended up the ankle. I know that some on here find that style appealing, and it's great that we all have such individuals taste, but since this thread is devoted to 'heavy duty' boots, I'm not sure these really belong in that category.

doesn't look that bad imo (same pair as tmg quoted above btw.)

If only I can source some heavyweight duck…in camo print. I have some super customs I really really wanna pull off for this!!! Lets just say it involves big soles, Loden Green, oil tan brown, natty cxl...rough out!!!
