I personally order the tripas taco, lengua taco and if I'm feeling kinky, maybe some fish taco's with a side of horchata.

Ha, I know the feeling, and you're probably right about next season.  An old college roommates has Niners season tickets, so I'll have to make a trip when the Hawks come to town.  Try not to make the same mistake I did in Super Bowl XL, and partake in CA vs. WA "boat races" (drinking relays) at half time.  Win or lose, you want to be able to remember the second half.

Got the Bloody Mary mix as a gift for Christmas.  It's pretty decent.  Heavier on the brine than I would prefer, but good none the less.

and I prefer the dill pickles, but the spicy ones are pretty damn good too!

The best pre-packaged bloody mix I've ever had, and one that doesn't have any BS in it (corn syrup, MSG, etc.) is
I usually just mix it from scratch though one glass at a time. Or if I'm making bloodies for a crowd, I'll mix a whole pitcher of my secret (not really a secret) recipe.

Natehate - turnip, rutabaga, and carrots, EVOO, S&P. So good!

Duck breast scored and rendered, and cooked to 130F and rested. Sauce is shallots, tangerine and navel juice, chix stock, reduced and monte au beurre.
