How do you get sized for Viberg? Seriously interested, would be happy with 11" too, but 9" is also fine, but definitely keep the upturned toe, really makes the boot!

                Do they run tts?

                When would payment be due?

When would the boots be on my feet?? (Guessing that may be more difficult to answer, but a rough idea would be useful)

                      a) Do they run tts?

                      b) When would payment be due?

                      c) When would the boots be on my feet?? (Guessing that may be more difficult to answer, but a rough idea would be useful)

                      a) not sure if one is able to size the engineers the same way as all other viberg boots, but if so, then you'll find a shit load of info in the viberg thread! some guys will advice you to size down one whole number from your US size (US9 - UK8), some will say 0.5 down (US9 - UK8.5) and others think taking the same number (US9 - UK9) is the way to go! i know it's not really answering the question but that's the way it is! best would be to email viberg directly and check with them…I'm sure they gonna take care of you.

                      b) if it's the same as with all the other viberg orders, then it is (iirc) half of the payment when pre-ordering and the other half when the boot is finish and ready to ship!

                      c) not sure if this is even possible to answer

16 (ish) weeks from when I close orders, I'll close in a couple of weeks, if I get a minimum of 3 other people to commit

G, next time you touch base with Morgan, do you mind asking if they can do this in a UK 14?

I struck out with the Service, maybe I'll have better luck with the Engineer.

^Ha, I've really been mulling this one over too. I never thought I'd be in to an engineer, but I love this spec.

G, I contacted Jason to see if this can be done in a 14 UK. If all goes well, you  have 2/3.

*Also, my opinion is the boots are perfect as is. No need to mess with them.

                                        @injunjack:

may I ask a question, even though I'm not getting these?

Why 9", and not 11" which is more preferrable in engineer boot?

Preference is a personal thing.  If people want to go 11" then we can.  But when all said and done, all boots must be the same.

And Friday, same applies - all toes will need to be the same…..

Sure. I was again thinking inside my own box. As a biker. While riding a motocycle, ones legs of the jeans rise up, and 9" bootshaft starts to feel a bit short. Especially when boots are worn in and botshafts have creases in them, which can lower the shaft a whole inch easily.  (of course if you're stacking your jeans and wear them, like,  5" too long then it's no issue 😉 )
If one is not riding, then the 9 incher might be just fine.

Sean.  Morgan replied to me.  as such:

Depending on what leather you'd like to use, we can do a Size 14 Engineer Boot. Chrome Excel, for instance, would be fine. We wouldn't be able to do a turned up toe, or 310 Last, however. The additional charge is $12.00.
So there is some light at the end of the tunnel.
