Goro has been selling his stuff for a long time.
I remember long crowds in front of his shop in Harajuku more that 20 years ago.
He looked quite native himself with long white hair. He also had an amazing vintage Harley. Not sure how he's doing now.
But he has apparently good contact with natives, knows their culture well and from what I've heard stayed with them for a longer period. But I don't know whether he learned jewelry from them.
To it seemed when native stuff started to get so popular in Japan (Dance with the Wolves seemed to have been a huge factor) he was the main jewelry guide. He might have even come up with most ideas of this typical Japanese style native jewelry.
His newer styles seem to include more gold/silver combos. At that time I can only remember silver stuff.

If i remember correctly supersalami has some beautiful pieces from him. See the jewelery thread. To stay on topic, i love my IH silver bracelet, it really reflects the roots of ironheart without being too aggressive on the wrist.

Sick silver jewelry is made in New Mexico and Colorado by REAL native Americans too. That Goro dude got taught in the west and now taxes shit in Japan. Soundz like hype to me.

as seen previously, mine was very dirty after using it for a month in singapore's humid weather. just sent it for cleaning on tuesday in Malaysia and it's so clean and shiny. now it looks like brand new!

and it only cost me RM3! so it's around USD1!!

How easy is it to remove links on these. Got some store Credit at SE and thinking about grabbing the one they have in stock. Because my wrists are fairly thin pretty sure ill have to take out a couple links didnt know if that a DIY job or what.
