best would be to follow Mega´s advice and measure a pair of nice fitting jeans and then compare the measurements!

38 and Tom and Haraki did a brilliant job.  The measurements are to all intents and purposes EXACTLY the same as the measurements for a size 38 IHXB01 (which is what I asked for).
