D, just sent this to my girl and she loves it. The Knife "Heartbreaks" has been playing everywhere for a while now. Good stuff as well! Gonna be getting more into this thread…

Cool Lando, yeah I've been listening to the knife for years now, they just released a new album, it's decent I like it.  Hell here's another dope tune.

Don't particularly want to take this to an older era, but I just love this.  The last minute or so is positively  pornographic - damn wish I could do a collab with Annie:

                          Speaking of Tarantino flicks…

I used to mop the floor of the sandwhich joint I worked for dancing to this song, it being the only listenable tune on a repeating playlist otherwise composed of nothing but drivel and tripe.

This is the most pure rock performance I have ever seen in person. (sound sucks on youtube, but…)

This is also… quite compelling. As rock music.

I don't believe in "all-time" favorites! Too mutable! Especially with history in mind. These are contemporary though…

I could list about 2.000 Reggae tunes that I think are essential, but we need some room for other genres:

                                        ALL of Fela Kuti
ALL of the Stones until Steel Wheels with my favorite being Emotional Rescue and Some Girls
Bob Dylan = Desire, Infidels (with Sly & Robbie!), Street Legal, his first 3 albums too, Live at Budokan, Slow train coming
All of the Grace Jones albums produced by Sly & Robbie
Dr Dre and the album he produced for Snoop

so much more: African, Salsa, more Reggae, reggae reggae reggae

One last thing: PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD, buy the music to support us small indie producers, us small artists. Buy less but buy good stuff! Thank you
