I have not even mentioned Becks to Haraki yet.  I get the product and if I think it is good and worthy, I discuss with H.  H always has the final say, but he is happy for me to look around and find suitable companies to work with.  Basically G plays with companies he likes and then talks to H….

i think this becks build is the one im most excited to see.  i need another pair of boots like i need a hole in the head/second wife/etc.  but they sure are interesting.  plus, the toe options/lasts are nice and different

The colour uppers blew me out of my seat!  Nice find Giles.  I have a lot of love for the tapered heel particularly on 1940's cowboy boots and dark demin.

At first I didn't like the toe but over the past few hours they've grown on me, and considering G has 9,000 pairs of boots he "needs" these for a different look!  And I agree - they'll be more badass in a few months!

First impressions....

Fit like a dream - that sizing kit is brilliant
Well built is slightly utilitarian "do-not-feck-with-me" way
Love the toe and the heel - I know not to everyones taste, but there are a load of toe/heel/leather/suede options
Yep, I am a happy bunny and at USD425 for a bespoke hand built boot, I think reasonably priced...
