You definitely should. I have just requested my RAC-005 back from a friend who has been using it around the world to bartend for the past few months. I am sure it will get back here and stink to high heaven. I will post pre and post wash images in the appropriate thread once I have them. These things make me want to cook as well.

I concur. Although, prob better suited for a start next Spring. There are currently 4 IH WT's going on and I think a 5th is too much. Just my opinion.

Somehow got the last one.  Truthfully I don't need it for grilling,  but I'm so excited to have it I needed to try it out.  Can't wait to do some more leather work this fall! Shown with DC4001.

Absolutely and the beverage is a Shiner Ruby Redbird. There is a heat index of close to 100* here so it's the perfect tart and refreshing beer for burgers.

I thought that label looked familiar.  I didn't know if Shiner was up in your part of the world, though.  It's a good summer beer, but I wish the taste of ginger wasn't quite as strong.

The Bohemian Black is Shiner's best beer (if you want my opinion).
