I went XXL in this.  6'3", 200lbs.  I usually am an XL.

I have this in XXL.  I actually think I should have gone with my normal XL.

i went one up from my normal size of L,,,,glad i did,,,the blanket lining and the sleeve lining makes sizing up a good/safe option,,,

i reckon you will be good to go m8,,,its not the sort of shirt to wear tight,,,ive tried mine with tees,,long sleeve tops,,and heavy sweats,,,and if it had been a Large,,my options would have been limited as to what i could wear underneath
