(edit, ^ being a little playful, and serious at the same time. Assume there won't be a form until after construction…just seen you suggesting the form gets filled out so frequently, it's expectant =))
And somewhere along the way I started putting money aside just for IH. That was a smart move!

The form is generic. You can complete it at any time for any product. When new product arrives (whether restock or first time), we parse the file for model number (and any other descriptor that we think you guys may have used) and send the emails out to all matches we get.

Anyone find a fix or have a suggestion on the button issue?? Mine has 2-3 buttons that falling apart now and i am very bummed out about it. Any help guys?

PP, it's prob the same issue that Shane had with the one I sold him. It can only be fixed by hand and it will always look a little hokey, but I think it's cool. His tailor said something about the placket not being stiff enough and the buttons were too small for the button holes. Anyways, throw up a pic and the forum will assist you….

Almost all of my buttonholes are messed up now. I'm gonna try doing them all by hand myself.

I think I'll have the placket replaced one day. It's not like I can sell it. And it is one of my favorite shirts too. That's why I want to fix it so bad.

Do u think ur man in NY could do a nice enough job replacing it? Say u had the exact denim from the shirt to use. Think it could turn out as nice as original?

He did not because Haraki could not fix it to a standard he was happy about.
