Just sent my boss a lengthy e-mail stating how I want to change the wine stock, step by step, and asked him to give me a couple of Sundays extra to do this work… I really would love to spend the next couple of Sundays changing the whole selection, making close to 25 €/ hour 

I ended with an encouraging "This is a time consuming task, so I think we both know that this will never happen within the normal schedule ... But it has to be done!.."

To be honest, I really wanna take care of it because whilst I am proud of the wide range of beers we sell, the selection of wine is lacking… I'd like to take pride in that as well...
