thx y'all. I will take some detailed shots in the sun, next couple of days.
I am planning to wash them every month since I wear them 6-7 days a week.

        why so serious?

the inseam is different. ironheartjp usually carries items with a shorter inseam and ironheartUK usually holds items with a longer inseam. that's all i can think of.

How does this 25 Oz fabric breathe compared to the 21 Oz fabric of the 634S? Is the 25 Oz equally comfortable to wear in the summer like the 21 Oz in 634S? Thanks.

Thx to mvb. My size 34 arrived today.

33 would definately have been too small. The denim feels and looks great.

I decided to give them pants a real machine wash. 2 hours - 40 degrees.

And hell. Even if Haraki soaks every pair, those shrunk like a dick in cold water…
And the result is, that I fell in love with my pair of heavy-ass-iron-heart-25oz winter pants!!!

So, if anybody feels the smallest urge to buy a pair. DO IT!!! You won´t regret...

post-wash…. thats th best fit ive ever seen..
scares me though cause i love the fit of my 25oz. dc4002... hope they dont shrink so much

It doesn't breathe nearly as well.

And the 25oz are not washed, so you should expect a little shrinkage….

I picked up a pair of Nudies a few years back at the same time as a pair of LVC reissue 501s. I did the whole avoid washing too often thing on the 501s, but chucked the Nudies in the machine on a regular basis.

They turned out OK shortly before the seat wore through. But certainly stood up to abuse better than the Levis.

I'm in complete agreement with IJ about regular washing being better for the denim. And I prefer the softer fades it leads to.

I think folks at Self Edge SF also recommend washing about every 2 months or just when needed.

Thx both of you! Will be on a concert next sunday and planning to wash em afterwards again. Combs didn't stay in place after the machine wash, but guess what, I don't give a feck about it. Looking very much forward the more intense vertical falling in the seat and thigh area.
