I normally place a hyperlink in the emails I send out to you guys telling you when something is in stock. This is an attempt to make it easier for you. Unfortunately, that means that it may end up in your spam folder.
Does anyone know how to advise people to make sure future emails do not end up in spam?

well all i do is that i just save the email-addies i really don´t want to miss any emails from, add them to my "favourites" list and all is good afterwards…never had any problems so long!

A line at the end of the confirmation webpage that says "Please make sure emails with the sender address @ironheart.co.uk are not, nor will be, filtered by your mail program"?
email per se is not suited to be a reliable communication medium.

thanks for those images finn. the red looks a little toned down compared to the 20, but about where the 6 was many moons ago. popular item a reboot every few years is fine to quench the thirst of folks not able to grab them previously (i had a change of heart on my previous selfish thoughts on the matter). funny how the more daring products stay on the shelves longer but some die hard iron heart heads seem to have a blind spot to that fact.
don't recall 20s ever going on special, but 51s & 10s move slow as hell & are appreciated by the few down the line. most be hard to hit that sweet spot IHUK. good luck

Dude, customer's can white list the relevant email address in their mail client (Safe Sender in Outlook, for example). This would mean that junk filters would not come into play.
Obviously, other mail clients will have different methods.

Bloody hell. That was a hassle but I think I got one. I got a pulse of 200.

Just saw that - not sure what has caused that.
Simple, the counter is not updated until someone completes the checkout. So two people see there's 1 left, both put one in their cart and proceed to checkout. After paying, the shop deducts 2x1 shirt from the stock.
It's a race condition in the shops code. -
wish H had XXXXL available.. bad feeling my XXXL is gonna be a lil short and snug.. (trying to release all negativity in my head as i type.. mello mello)

Well just to put it out there, from my perspective, some of the issues with slow movers has been the irregular cuts of the shirts. The fabrics have always been amazing, but I'm 5'7", 135, and would need a (L) in the 51 to get the fit I want in the shoulders. But then I'm dealing with a 22" chest, which is why I did not buy when they were on sale. Same with the 52 and 54. Don't know if these variances from shirt to shirt are by design or a reality of factory production, but that is why I think some IH products don't get the love they deserve.

^That's why IH shirts are better fitting than FH for my body type.

It's a race condition in the shops code.Yes our shopping cart system does only initially check if the product is in stock, not during the checkout-process. Our new upcoming shop-upgrade plus facelift will solve this issue. Can't tell more about it at the moment. Stay tuned.
