I've thought about doing this as well… Fact of the matter is: soon I won't have much money to recklessly spend on clothes/ luxury items... So this might just become a necessity... Not that I would mind... God knows I have GREAT stuff laying about the place

Hey Jestre, good for you and I wish you success. This takes great discipline. With all the good stuff IH is putting out, it is very difficult to resist …......as in "Just when I though I was out, they pull me back in."

Pics overload… Casa Seul aka The Belgian Missile's Lure... As you see: it's as new, read: not painted... The stair's not even treated... They had to EVICT the guy living there... Young lad aged 17... Pizza boxes were stacked everywhere haha...

Needs a lot of work (which won't be cheap) but we're gonna negotiate a good deal (I hope)… So Giles: send me an IH banner already so I can hang it from me balcony...
Oh and RocknRoll: it's not cheap as in you can easily find a place say 100 €/ 150 € cheaper but if I say it's 700 €/ month I'm pretty sure y'all will agree it's a good deal (quality vs. quantity)...

For all that space, that's a great price. I get shit-all for my £600 pcm in London.

No idea. I forgot to mention that I have a cellar (locked, only for me) as well… Excellent for beer and wine

I agree Seul, it's definitely wort paying a bit more for quality (if the budget allows). After all, your home should be a place you enjoy coming back to, not just a spot to sleep.
Your place looks clean, bright and minimalist - just the way I like it. Good amount of natural light makes all the difference I think.

Seul, that place is fecking rad. Congrats man. I love the open feel and natural light, which is super hard to capture in pictures, I might add.
