Second and third floor (3rd floor being under the roof but still very roomy). Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, very spacious living room, open kitchen, lotsa extra spaces to put stuff into…

Visiting with my dad tomorrow... Taking some pics... Probably gonna go ahead... Too good not to... I'm all about price/ quality, and this is a seriously good deal... Although the first people that lived in it, were probably monkeys, or sloths even... They didn't even PAINT the place... And left behind a bit of a mess... Some people  But you gotta see through that, right?.. Lick of paint, good cleaning, will be as new (it's only a couple of years old anyhow)...

Hospice says my uncle probably won't last through the night. He has brain cancer

He would be the 4th member of my family to die of some form of cancer in my lifetime.
