First off the Yankees won so shut the fekk up 2nd off stop crying that the only reason the Yankees do well is because they buy their championships. I am sick and tired off these fans of other teams who constantly can't make up their mind. U are all a bunch of sour losers. If the Yankees win u say "oh that's cause u have a $200 million dollar payroll" well ur team could do the same but they choose to pocket all their profits while the Yankees dump it back into the team. Those offices that you have to contact to visit a propery for for hire (can anyone tell me what the proper term for these are please) can suck it… Have two appointments on Wednesday but for one of the houses I hàve to go into their office first, thén make an appointment... She apparently couldn't do it over the phone... Also: what kinda people do they wanna attract with only offering visits from 9-12 and 2-5?.. Or worse, in one case: from 10-12 am...
Anyhow: found something nice... Here's to hoping...

Perhaps you could have offered them 1/3 of the item, and mailed it 1/3 of the distance to them?

Got a watch off ebay. Got a package from the seller today. No watch, instead there was a pair of Alden Chukkas…
