Go true to size. And yeah: it's possibly the most kickarse shirt in the world if you can rock a workshirt… Everything about it is next level AWESOME...

Doesn't it shrink down close to a full size after multiple washings?

And how are the sleeves- slim fitting?

Sleeves are slim fitting, yes… But more so in the upper arm part than in the lower part... As I stated in my review, I was able to put on my watch without undoing the sleeve/ hem...

I think I washed mine twice and no shrinkage occurred... Of course, I didn't keep it long enough to give you any accurate intel on that...
