It was not a decision, it just happened. It's annoying, but there is nothing I can do about it after the event. Had I known this was going to happen, I'd have ordered some 28's too. Best thing to do is measure a pair of jeans that you own that fit you well, the way we do:

Then compare with the measurements of the 555's in the sizing tables

Cool, I think the size 29 will work out perfectly for me actually. How much does the 21oz actually stretch? And finally, sorry for all the questions but Giles, do you personally like this cut? I remember reading you didn't like the 301s. I was just wondering since these two are fairly similar

He gets no sympathy from me. We wear the same size jeans, but they always look better on him than they do on me. He can suck it up and bear the indignity of wearing skinny jeans for one set of fit pics.:)

Me too. I'm 31 and I don't do skinny either… The old man is just trying to make us feel "bad" for him...
I'll be 32 next week and sometimes I think I shouldn't be wearing my 555, but damn they just look and feel so good.
