I don't, every item I own is regularly worn. They are simply my clothes  🙂

guess that is my main problem 😛 hopefully this is going to change as soon as the cooler months are starting…

I have a couple of shirts that don't get frequent wear, but I know if I didn't have them, there'd be a day I'd think "Damn I wanna wear that shirt right now" and I'd rather have it at that moment than not…

Shirts and jackets really are my weak point  🙂 Those new TW shirts sure ain't helping...

So I'm in need of a new wedding band as mine is not repairable according to 2 different jewelry repair places. We have looked in several mall stores and I can't seem to find anything both of us like. Anyone have any experience purchasing items like this online? Website suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Haven't checked their site recently, but I bought my wife's engagement, wedding and anniversary rings at Blue Nile.  Had really good experiences with them for all three purchases and would recommend them with no hesitation.

So, food photos, I don't get it? They're all over the internets, every blog, every thread I subscribe to has to have the obligatory food shots. Ok if your in a great restaurant and the dish has particular aesthetic merit, but a burger and chips?

                What am I missing?

Here's this mornings breakfast Cereal (with IH-FW) Dorset Cereals Honey Granola, delicious 🙂

I like that you drink your OJ from a Hoegaarden glass. I'm more a blue box Dorset cereal fan however. Keep it simple.

I eat food I love all the time but really cannot bring myself to get the camera out for a blog shot. Besides, the food's going cold while you're faffing around getting the exposure sorted.

Yeah I would say they're generally frowned upon. I agree but I think they're ok if you keep your phone in your back pocket rather than your front

For a while I would make an effort to keep my phone out of my front pocket because of the fade. After a while it's just annoying. I've dropped and broken phones, misplaced them etc. Ive decided it's not something I care enough about for the aggravation. I keep mine in my front pocket even though I don't like the fade it leaves. As for leaving it in your back pocket… I would definetly shatter my phone on day 1 if I did this. Do people actually carry phones in their back pocket??

If anyone wanted to frown at my Phone fade I would ask them to shift their gaze about 8" to the right and frown at these nuts.

I have a mish mash fade on a couple pairs that I've had a long time from various pocket knives I've used and carried regularly

Personally, I think it would be cool to have a fade that represented all the generations of iPhones

I was being sarcastic. I don't really care about where or what fades. But there is no fucking way I would carry my iphone in my back pocket. My wallet looks like a mangled piece of chewed up leather, couldn't imagine what my phone would look like.

Although I prefer having my phone in my back pocket I don't like the fade from it which is why I started taking it out before I sit.  With my current pair I decided to stick with just a small credit card holder which IMO looks best.

I generally keep my phone in my front pocket, until it inevitably eats through the pocket bag, then I transfer it to the back pocket. As for the fade, I really do not give a shit, it's where I keep my phone and it's a natural process so….

Mega, I'm with you.  And is difficult to write this without appearing pompous, but jeans are one of the few articles of clothing that can truly reflect what you do and who you are.  If you start trying to increase/decrease evo in a particular place, you are altering that story.  I love that in Ruedi's Jeans Museum, he has sequences of jeans from the same person (proper working Americans), the similarity in fades between the jeans is incredible….
