Just got these, size 31. was just wondering what you guys thought of this fit….it feels like there's heaps of room in the hips and these are only 1 full day of wear. initially not that hard to button up, now no problem at all. i'm not so worried about the waist as i'm happy to just wear a belt, but the hips really. the funny thing is i thought i had sized down but apparently i've lost some weight. what do u guys reckon:

(a) hot soak and keep
(b) trade/sell and size down to size 30

i don´t think that a hot soak would solve any problems, since this denim won´t shrink much, since it´s sanforized.
if you don´t like the fit i´d sell and size down one…not that i would force you to do it, since i actually quite like the fit, but since i also now that this denim is going to stretch a lot with wear, i´d size down and hope for my final fit to just look like the one you´re having right now...

They're 38's.  I have to go up in waist size so they fit above the knee.  I'm stoked on the 301s because they're the first pair of jeans I've had in a long time that fit up top, but the legs don't look like fuckin' JNCOs.

Hello Iron Heart forum, I'm after some advice. I have a pair of 301s which I've been wearing constantly for the last four months and the crotch is already starting to wear through. Can anyone recommend a good way to stop it getting worse? Aside from not wearing them.

Need advice ASAP. Currently wearing APC New Cure tagged size 30 measured size 32. Looking to pull the trigger on some 301s but need to know how size 32 will fit. Originally was looking for size 31, but can only get ahold of size 32. My APC's started pretty tight, almost too tight, but have stretched nicely though I could deal with a tiny more room…what do you guys think?
