We have come to Wales to see the Welsh stage of the Tour of Britain cycle race.  It starts at Powis Castle tomorrow morning, we decided to visit the Castle gardens today.  To say that we were completely blown away would be understating it, I'll let the photos do the talking.  I need dinner now (it's my birthday week and I'll do what I feckin want to).

Beautiful… Giles you and the lovely young lady should visit Lago di Como... Some amazing gardens there you can visit!.. Cheap, great (white) wine and very quiet (apart from the shouting Italians) if you avoid the tourist season...

Blasphemy!  Ikea is the happiest place on earth!  Particle board and laminate goodness as far as the eye can see.  Sometimes I go and just sit in one of the mock living rooms and watch all the happy people as they shop.  Mmmmm, Ikea…
