          Salts, sugars, and pain relief, thats all you need. Basic biology lads  😉

          And of course caffeine, for the massive lack of energy caused by booze sleep. Alcohol prevents you from achieving a deep rem sleep, which is why you're always knackered after booze, no matter how much sleep you have.

            Gatorade blue is good. And a chocolate protein shake made with chocolate milk is good too

              So very true.

              Anyone who says any differently needs to put a lot more effort in to their drinking, try mixing things up a little and stay off beer less than 5%, far too much water in it for a good hangover!

                Working 8 til 1… On the plus side, I'll make 110 €... And this afternoon I get to finish Hermingway's "For whom the bell tolls" in the sun...

                No hangover and life is sweet  😉

                      Yep - finished it and loved it… Started Miller's "Tropic of cancer"... Hopefully there will be some sunny days in my holiday next week to read the whole trilogy...

                        I'm about halfway through Tropic of Cancer myself.  Really enjoying it so far…

                          Some of you fine folks might have not found out all the awesome funtions of this forum.

                          Especially 2 of them are very handy and helpful.

                          First one is PM.
                          That means Personal Message. You can find an "speech bubble" icon under one's avatar. Click it and you're able to send a Personal Message to desired person.

                          Second one is IGNORE function.
                          You can find it from your own profile.
                          Go there, highlight "Modify Profile" poin it, from dropbox  highlight "Buddies/Ignore List…" and new small dropbox opens, then choose " Edit Ignore List". There you can fill in member you don't want to read/see.

                                  wash em m8y,,,just had similar moment with my 634s and my busters,,,stale oil,,dead flies,,,and other dead flying beasties,,,aint a sin to wash em

                                    True, it isn't a sin but I've got more dirty work at the end of the month when I move flats… In the meantime, an airing should suffice.

                                      Yep, same thing happened to me on Saturday; too much summertime sweating.  My current pair is averaging a wash about every three weeks because of the funk buildup.

                                          I put peas and cod fillets in the freezer but not my jeans. It's a bit of a denim myth I think and doesn't really get rid of any funkiness.

                                            wash is the only way to go matey…as long as everything is set (combs, whiskers, etc.) you can wash whenever needed, simple is that!...
