If you are in the US, this is the holy trinity of hangover cures. Trust me.

Sometimes it's tough, but you have to force yourself. Replacing salts, sugars and disposing of the pain is the only way to cure a hangover. The method you choose to do this is up to you.

I just made frozen waffles and sausage, had to make something easy. Wanted to go out but still spinning. It's 3pm here, just getting up.

I had scotch, vodka, tequila shots(3-4 large ones), and a few beers. Tha' fuck was I thinking.

Salts, sugars, and pain relief, thats all you need. Basic biology lads 

And of course caffeine, for the massive lack of energy caused by booze sleep. Alcohol prevents you from achieving a deep rem sleep, which is why you're always knackered after booze, no matter how much sleep you have.

Anyone who says any differently needs to put a lot more effort in to their drinking, try mixing things up a little and stay off beer less than 5%, far too much water in it for a good hangover!
