Probably make for an outrageously expensive item, but I'd love to see an indigo yarn dyed pocket tee shirt.

Shouldn't be too expensive if you overdye a white pocket t with indigo dye, or do you mean rope dipping the yarns before the weave of the fabric?

Yeah, I mean rope dipping the yarns prior to knitting the tee. I expect that's more labor intensive than during the finished shirt, but it gives a more interesting depth of color.

I love everything blanket lining type material/pattern
A cap (NOT an engineer cap) made out of that material and also Superblack(100th person to say so).

I'd like to see another run of beanies, only this time in something other than acrylic- that stuff itches like crazy. Cotton or silk would be my preference, in black, indigo and natural/off-white, and with a spiffy new patch, please.

^^I've been wondering about these too.
I sure hope they are still in the works!
Even if he only came out with one of the three talked about variations (wabash or herringbone would be best IMO) it would be enough. Otherwise, I need to swoop one of the 21oz. IHC-06's before they're gone again. Either way, I'm buying another one…
Edit: I forgot about the Superblack and Duck. But still, just 1 out of the 5 is good enough for me if things are super busy in Japan.

Can the IHC-06 newer version be made for those of us with a more generously proportioned cranium (medically known as melon heads) ?

I would love to see an IH take on this shirt. Flannel lined chambray, zip front, work shirt pockets.

Walter White has a good point here. I'd like to see some flannel lined shirts or even jackets.
